Good deal sourcing is difficult these days.   It takes lots of energy and creativity to be successful.   This MACYS is connected to a brand new outdoor life style mall developed 5 years ago by Simon Properties, it’s a really beautiful project.  Through contacts and close relationships I was able to secure a major tenant to lease the entire ground floor of what will be a VACANT BOX while in contract which made this deal financeable in an otherwise “tricky” retail environment.  

The message is; hard work and track record always pays off, but relationships are critical to your business success. Let’s remember to use the relationships we are forming at the GCRE to help raise money for great causes and create new bonds amongst our members that can be helpful to our careers in the future.
