Donation to NYU Winthrop Cancer Center for Kids

On November 5, the Garden City Real Estate Professionals Foundation (GCRE) and the Bobby Menges I’m Not Done Yet Foundation (INDY) presented a $100,000 gift to the NYU/ Winthrop Cancer Center For Kids (CCKF).

The money was raised at the 2nd Annual GCRE Cocktails for a Cause Gala held at the Garden City Country Club on October 4. The donation will be used to support AVA (adolescent and young adult) patient programs and services at CCKF. In a statement a representative for CCFK said “We are truly appreciative to the GCRE and the entire Garden City community for their continued friendship and commitment to the Cancer Center for Kids (CCFK) at NYU Winthrop Hospital”.
